Boards: How does the quarter plan work?

Which projects are currently active?

The quarterly plan shows you which projects are currently ongoing in parallel, providing an overview of long-term progress.

For a clearer overview, you can filter by the statuses “Planned,” “Active,” and “Review,” and set “Grouping” to “Groups by Project Structure.” In the top-right corner, you can also set the time frame, such as year, quarter, month, or week.

What do we want to accomplish?

You can use the quick filters to see your milestones. This way, you can see which intermediate goals you're working toward.

If you need a quick overview, you can use the quick filters to filter by “this week.” If you also select group by "Executor" you’ll get a cross-project overview of everything that needs to be completed next week.

How do I identify dependencies?

If you also select “Dependencies” from the filters under “+ Add More Filters,” all relevant links and dependencies will be displayed. You can choose from the options. Now you can also identify why and where delays occur and take steps to prevent them.
