I Have Tested factro - How Do I Book a New (Empty) Cloud?

Basic Cloud

If you already tested factro and would like to continue working with the free Basic Cloud, but do not want to keep the content of the test cloud, click on the cloud administration in your profile, click on "Neue Cloud anlegen" ("Create new cloud") and then on "Jetzt erstellen" ("Create now") in the "Basic Cloud" column.

Team, Business and Professional Cloud

If you already tested factro and would like to purchase or book on of our paid plans, but do not want to keep the content of the test cloud, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Cloud management" button in your profile.
2. Click on "Neue factro Cloud anlegen" ("Add new factro cloud").
3. Make sure that the desired payment period (monthly or annually) is selected in the  top right-hand area.
4. Click on "Buchen" ("Book") in the column of the desired cloud tariff.
5. Give your new cloud a name.
6. Now select the desired number of license users and click on "Weiter" ("Next").
7. Then enter the billing address. The email address for your invoices may be different from your login address.
8. Select your payment method and fill in the payment details. Then click on "Weiter" ("Next").
9. Check the data and conditions again and click on "Kostenpflichtig buchen" ("Confirm booking”). You will then be automatically registered in the cloud.

You will receive the invoice by email to the address you entered during the purchase. For the transfer, please pay attention to the code that you will find in the invoice to ensure the automatic payment assignment.
