Create absences
Under “ Workload” you will find the “Absences” tab, where you can see who is absent and for how long.
You can easily create a new absence using the plus button on the right. You enter the team member, the duration and select whether the absence is “planned” or “unplanned”.
Conflicts due to absences
In the schedule of the workload overview, the corresponding period is then displayed in hatched lines. If a task falls within this period, the person responsible is notified in the newsfeed that there is a time conflict.
This means that you are notified when a new absence is created, but tasks are already in this period, or when newly created tasks are created in the period of an existing absence.
