Cloud-Upgrade
If you have tested factro successfully and would like to upgrade to one of our paid plans and want to keep your already created tasks and projects, follow these steps:
- Click on "Cloudverwaltung" ("Cloud management") in your profile and then select the "Upgrade" button in the tile for the relevant cloud.
- A screen with all possible booking options will open. Make sure that the desired term is set in the top right-hand corner (annual or monthly). Then click on "Buchen" ("Book") in the column of the preferred tariff.
- In the next step, you can select the number of users.
- You then enter your billing address.
- Next, select the payment method.
- After clicking on "Weiter" ("Next"), you will receive an overview of your upgraded plan. Check the data and conditions again and confirm them with "Jetzt kostenpflichtig buchen" ("Book now for a fee").
- If you want to upgrade another Cloud, go to step 1 and repeat the process with the next cloud. Finally, click on "Zurück zur Cloud" ("Back to Cloud") to return to your upgraded cloud. If you are not automatically logged back in to factro, use your email address and the password you have chosen to log in.
You will receive the invoice by email to the address you entered during the purchase. For the transfer, please pay attention to the code that you will find in the invoice to ensure the automatic payment assignment.
