If you need access to a project or a template that is not available to you, you can request approval from the person responsible.
Overview of the project approval
For this, go to the cross-project overview and click on the settings wheel, then on “Approval options”.
You get an overview of all users in your cloud, including a list of how many elements they are responsible for and for how many of them you already have access to.
Confidential projects
Of course, there are projects that are only supposed to be available to a certain number of people and should therefore not be available to everyone. This applies, e.g., to projects that include sensitive data or management projects that contain strategies that are not meant to be seen by everyone.
With the “confidential” label, which you can set as the person in charge in the access rights, you emphasize that you have consciously made this setting. This means that you did not forget anyone but actively decided to only provide access to a certain group of people. This is also visible in the project approval overview.
Request approval
Simply click the button “Request approval”. The person in charge will then receive the request by mail, and the respective element can be activated by them.
